Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, using 'universal life force' energy, to promote self healing, rebalance the energy flow in the body and mind. Long-term, this treatment can help manage anxiety, pain, fatigue and stress.

What to expect

You will be fully clothed for this treatment, can be done sitting or lying down. A series of hand placements on or over the body are performed. 

You may feel warmth or coolness, tingling or see colours, light. or you may not feel much,  All these are normal. the energy will be flowing either way.

It is recommended that you drink water and rest after the treatment to get full lasting benefit after the treatment.
